Chicago Very Own - 2013 Illinois Challenger Little League World Series Team

The above story is about the 2013 Illinois Challenger Little League World Series team. Mark Johnson is the ADA of the Challenger program for Little League International Illinois District 13 (April 2012) and help start the Tri-Cities Challenger Program. The Little League World Series team is made up of players from three of District 13 Challenger programs, Bartlett Little League (1994), Tri-Cities Little League (2009) and Woodstock Little League (2012). In this video, besides participants from our partner leagues you will see many Bartlett World Series Players. Also shown helping out this day was many Bartlett Challenger Division Managers and Coaches making this media event a memorable one and help bring awareness to Special Needs Baseball in Illinois and around the United States. The Challenger division is a baseball league for children and young adults, now from the ages of 4 to 18 years old or up to 22 if still in High School.
