Because of weather concerns the  end of the party has been moved to an indoor location. We want to make the party possible for everyone who had RSVP and prepaid so we are fortunate that Mr. Jose Phillips (Matthew's dad from the Ray's) was able to reserve the function room (in the basement) at the Resurrection Catholic Church 30W 350 Army Trail Rd, Wayne, IL 60184 This just west of 59 on Army Trail Road. There will be a church service also at 4 pm (the same time) as our party but we are told that there will be plenty of parking . Please read the following information....

1. The church as two driveway entrances. Please pull into the second one on Army Trail road. We will have our Bartlett Challengers signs posted.

2. We may have to block some handicap spots for our guests, please honor this.

3. We will have a door propped open near the cement patio for direct entry.

4. We have been given the use of the churches folding tables and some chairs. If your team was asked to bring tables please bring them. We will need them.

5. Please bring your chairs as you would have if we were outside, or a blanket to sit on the floor.

6.. In the room we have we have our own bathrooms so there will be no need to leave the room.

7. The room has items (mats) stacked we will try to block this off so it does not invite any climbers or investigators.

It maybe a bit cozy (the room holds 200 and we have 200 people coming), but we are thankful to have this opportunity.

Red Sox you were on setup and tear down duty. Please arrive at 2:45 to help with setup.
