Parents of the Bartlett Baseball and Softball Association,

If you haven't heard, the BBSA is co-sponsoring a Casino Night fundraiser next Saturday 5/17 from 6:30-11 PM at St Andrews Golf & Country Club-2241 Neltnor Blvd, in West Chicago with Bartlett Hawks Youth Football.  Friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers are welcome, so please spread the word!  We've gotten much feedback that people thought the Casino Night was a great idea, yet we've only sold a handful of advance tickets to the Texas Hold 'Em tournament that night...so we need your help to spread the word to your teams, coaches!

Tickets to the Hold 'Em tournament are $50 if bought in advance (can be purchased at the Koehler Field concession stand anytime it's open) or $60 at the door.  Checks should be made out to Bartlett Hawks Youth Football with BBSA Casino night in the memo line.  The advanced tickets are for the Hold'em tournament.

You can also play other card and casino games and buy chips on the night of the event.  See and share the attached flyer for more details!  Just FYI, we wanted to give you advance notice, so this email went to the coaches and team admins for now, but will be sent to the entire league again in the next few days.

Besides helping BBSA, this event helps support our Special Needs Challenger Baseball Program as well.
