Good morning Challengers,
As of today we are behind on our signups for 2017 compared to the same time last year, We need to start signing up players for Challengers and Sr Challengers ASAP for us to get our uniforms ordered and received in time.
The new website is up at WWW.BARTLETTBSA.com, you will need to click on the large registration button and you will need to make new fresh accounts.
For those who have registered for 2017 on the old site, we will move you over to the new site but you WILL still need to make an account on the new site (but do not re-register).
PLEASE START TO REGISTER your players and coaches.
In a proactive decision I have decided to postpone all the games for tomorrow afternoon at 4 pm. Even though weather reports vary, it seems pretty clear that it will be raining and on the cooler side.
This week will be made up on Sunday May 15th at 1 pm, I will reschedule your games at that time.
We will be off next week for picture day and our Wood Bat Blast tournament. I put your team picture schedule in the system for your convenience. You are NOT obligated to purchase pictures but I would like ALL players and coaches to attend so your team can be well represented for the team pictures.
Our next game will be Friday night under the lights May 13th and we will have Glenbard West and St Charles North High Schools as our buddies.
Thank you for your time.
As we had some wonderful weather yesterday it a perfect time to let you know that the Challenger schedule has been finalized and uploaded into the website. You can view the schedule by:
NOTE: The website (and APP) will always be live and the update schedule. If you decide to print out the schedule from the website (hard copy) please note if a change is made you may NOT have an updated schedule. This comes into play especially when we have rain out.
Jerseys: all but 10 are at printing and went in different stages, jerseys sized at parent meeting, jersey sized after meeting RD1, RD2 will be send and I am waiting for people. Our vendor who does all the printing and sewing out our patches for free should have the jerseys done before our Challenger opening day, however the printing goes in order of us dropping them off.
Fundraising: As I mentioned at the meeting we are always appreciative of donations to help our program so please keep us in mind. Besides the promotions that BBSA has been and will be sending out in the next months we have these as well..
If there are any questions please feel free to let me know.
Thank you very much for your help and support!
